In the event that you wish to cancel, we will refund 98% of the total transaction up to 10 business days before the workshop takes place.
Within a 10-day period, we will apply a 50% credit for a future tasting, which will be provided to you in the form of a web code.
To notify us, please do so via email, specifying your order number.
In the absence of notice or attendance, no refund will be granted.
Workshop proceedings
The weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject matter during a half-hour of theory and then taste six food and wine pairings.
The Wednesday varietal aperitifs take place at Cerise at high tables and feature three wines and three food items between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

Use your gift certificate
For over 13 years, Les Cavistes have been proud to offer you a secure and simple digital platform for gifting a tasting workshop.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be redeemed at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receiving the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop category. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of the categories may vary over time.
- Exploration (Alsace, Greece, Orange wine, etc.),
- Classics (Burgundy, Piedmont, Veneto, etc.),
- Classics + (Champagne, Scotch, Drinking Old, etc.)
- Apéros-Cépages (Gamay, Chardonnay, Tannat, etc.).
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date, then add it to your cart.
- Confirm with the "L'ADDITION SVP" (Check, please) button.
- Enter your personal information.
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field.
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardstock, please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
