TASTING WORKSHOPS

We are extremely pleased to present our tasting workshop programs where, for the duration of a training session, we will highlight grape varieties, terroirs, regions, and appellations.

For two and a half hours, we will discuss, taste, eat, and share to better understand the specific characteristics of certain vineyards. Six wines and six appetizers, a trainer, and a wealth of information and anecdotes will ensure you have an excellent time.

In the same vein, our Buvette Cerise offers both Wednesday's "Apéros Cépages" (three wines and three dishes) and a program of weekend tasting workshops.

A SOCIÉTÉ DES LIQUIDES

Drinking well is simple: you just need to know the right wine merchant.

La Société des liquides is a club for wine lovers. Five to ten times a year, receive a selection of six wines carefully chosen by Robert and the team of sommeliers from Les Cavistes restaurant.

These privately imported wines, with varied origins and styles, highlight emerging regions, little-known appellations and innovative producers.

OUR RESTAURANTS

For years, Les Cavistes has been making wine accessible through a friendly and unpretentious approach, representing over 14 years of serious and attentive service.

And late into the evening, our second restaurant, Cerise, is also a wine bar where you can enjoy light meals and good drinks, unpretentiously and in good company. A variety of small plates (to share or not) and IP wines by the glass, thirst-quenching and bursting with fruit.
