Bordeaux: Taming the giant
A workshop to better differentiate the two banks of the world's flagship wine region. For years, Bordeaux has remained one of Quebecers' favorite appellations, and it is no surprise since, year in and year out, it can claim both quantity (it produces more than the majority of New World countries) and quality (its classification, over 150 years old, remains a benchmark).
At the heart of the conquests, when it belonged to Aquitaine, it then evolved to the rhythm of the bourgeoisie who created a futures system that is now being questioned. Travel through the history of the wine that started many people on their journey of serious drinking and explore the future of a region that is searching for itself while attempting to embrace a certain modernity.
Price of the workshop-tasting including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be exchanged at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receiving the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, it is possible that the price of the categories may vary over time.
