For the second time, we dare to offer you an 'old-fashioned' workshop as three brown spirits vie for your attention to highlight the French heritage of legendary distillates.

Apple, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard will jostle to showcase their distinct styles, aromas, and textures. A workshop highlighting the patience and richness of great spirits, paired with dishes that will do them justice.
