One of our team's favorite workshops, this tasting allows us to tackle these two mountain appellations head-on. If Arbois, Macvin, Roussette, L'Étoile, and Bugey make your head spin at your favorite wine bar, this workshop is for you.
From Vin Jaune to Mondeuse, from Franche-Comté to the Alps, this workshop will propel you into the high spheres of tasting. Great whites, fresh reds, bubbles, oxidative wines, and more will be on the menu for a display of spectacular pairings.
Price of the tasting workshop including wine, appetizers, and service: $124 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half to three hours. We present the topic with a half-hour of theory, and then we taste six food and wine pairings.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you; we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we may serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, of varying styles depending on availability, accompanied by 6 food pairings.

- Choose your workshop and date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the PROMO CODE field
- In the case of four-digit white cardboard vouchers (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
