Gigondas Old Vines 2021

The BOISSAN estate is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail (one of which is pictured) and Mount Ventoux. It is one of the oldest vineyards in the region.

Christian and Cathy Bonfils both come from families of winemakers spanning several generations. The first cellar was built in the 19th century and was expanded in 1898 and again in 1934. A new winemaking and storage facility was built in 1985, and new aging cellars were added in the 2000s.
