Jérémie Huchet, founded by a rising fourth-generation winemaker of the same name, is a famous winery located at the Domaine de la Chauvinière in France. In 2001, Jérémie took over the family estate and immediately set out to establish his own business. He acquired some of the highest-quality vineyards. Subsequently, he gradually began converting them to organic viticulture. He followed, respected, and dedicated his activities to the ancient traditions of Muscadet. This allowed him to better understand each plot he managed, enabling him to create wines that transcend the limits of space.
