When you've seen and drunk it all, there's still Austria and Germany and their exceptional wines! For this workshop, we will visit these two Germanic entities that can sometimes intimidate the enthusiast, both for their language and their atypical classifications.
A fascinating history that will allow us to understand how these countries managed to survive so many historical difficulties and still produce these great bottles that now make us forget Blue Nun and Black Tower...
Whites, of course, with Riesling and Grüner Veltliner, but also fresh and crisp reds like Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and Blaufränkisch. With a bit of luck, we might even treat ourselves to an unpronounceable Trockenbeerenauslese for a grand finale!
Workshop-tasting price including wine, food pairings, and service: $124 + taxes.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email is sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and dietary restrictions in advance so that we can better serve you. It is important to provide us with this information before the day of the workshop.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate exchangeable at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, it is possible that the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date, and add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- In the case of the four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards are only usable in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
