Alsace
Sunday, February 22, 2026 - 2:00 PM
Few wine regions are lucky (or unlucky) enough to have a cultural and viticultural heritage as mixed as Alsace.
Situated between France and Germany, Alsace has nevertheless managed over time to find its own identity with ranges of grape varieties that are often unique to it and a resolutely modern tradition of varietal labeling.
Although daunting to some, the villages, crus, lieux-dits and other terms pronounced in German or French are all reasons to take an interest in Alsace. For two and a half hours, we will attempt to demystify this magnificent region of food and wine pairings so that everyone can make sense of it all...
Price of the tasting workshop including wine, appetizers, and service: $124 + taxes.
