Argentina, known for its warm and powerful Malbecs, will be explored in a different way for this workshop on the world’s sixth-largest producer.

Traveling from north to south, and naturally including Mendoza, the pairings will send grill lovers to seventh heaven while highlighting fresh and complex wines from various regions.

And for a second time, we will look beyond the Andean barrier to present the narrow strip of land that is green and fascinating for its variety of terroirs: Chile.

For this workshop, we will focus on the evolution of Chilean vineyards, which, due to their geographical isolation, developed separately from the rest of South America. Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes mountains, we will explore the importance of the climate for this country, which has managed to rise among the ten largest wine producers in the world! If you are a fan of Bordeaux varietals, this workshop is a logical next step in your wine exploration!

Workshop-tasting price including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.

This workshop is held at Cerise at 2:00 PM. The room layout is mixed, with both high and low tables. Please take note of this when booking.
