Back to 1920s America, when alcohol flowed in secret behind the closed doors of speakeasies. Discover how the ingenuity of bartenders of the era gave birth to legendary recipes designed to mask the taste of bootleg spirits.

The workshop includes the creation and tasting of two cocktails based on the featured theme.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject matter during a half-hour of theory and then taste six food and wine pairings.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you inform us of your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, of varying styles depending on availability, accompanied by 6 food pairings.

- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE space
- For the four-digit vouchers on white cardstock (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
