Until a few years ago, Beaujolais was synonymous with a Thursday in November when one risked drinking Gamay to keep up with colleagues. Nowadays, when frequenting the right wine bars, it is customary to know your "Bojo" and distinguish your "carbo"!
In this workshop, we won't open anything 'Nouveau'; instead, we will revisit elegant, digestible, and delicious crus with surprising aging potential. Both misunderstood and unloved, this magnificent vineyard that is Beaujolais will be examined in all its facets and its long-neglected terroir.
An exploration of Gamay and Chardonnay, as well as a beautiful story about a vineyard that was considered dead only a few years ago.
Price of the tasting workshop, including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary needs in advance so that we can better serve you. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate exchangeable at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, it is possible for the price of categories to vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date, then add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- For the four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
