Vermentino / Cherry Aperitif

Few Mediterranean white grape varieties are as little known as Vermentino. From Sardinia, Corsica, Tuscany, and Provence, it represents to us those expressive, easy-drinking white wines—still affordable—that too many consumers overlook.

We will take advantage of this varietal happy hour to better understand how winemaking techniques can enhance the salinity, the garrigue, and the rugged landscapes that give Vermentino (Rolle) its uncommon purity. One hour of whites of all stripes!

The Cerise Varietal Happy Hour series is held at the establishment's bar and is intended to be a more relaxed experience, with a wine merchant at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can begin the tasting at 6:00 PM.
