Both experts and novices agree that Burgundy and Bordeaux are the two most important regions in the French wine world. Indeed, few regions have had as much impact on the culture, economy, power, and distribution of wine as these two appellations.
Even though these two terroirs have always been synonymous with quality and viticultural complexity, they have remained quasi-'rivals' throughout the history of French winemaking.
This workshop will provide context for their rivalry in terms of grape varieties, philosophy, and distribution, and we will enjoy a philosophical and historical tasting of both terroirs.
Price for the tasting workshop, including wine, appetizers, and service: $134 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject for half an hour of theory and then taste six food and wine pairings.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you; we ask that you let us know about any allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we may better serve you. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, with styles varying based on availability, accompanied by 6 food pairings.

- On the right, enter the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- For the four-digit vouchers on white cardstock (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
