Synonymous with good times and celebrations, sparkling wines are now a part of everyday life for fans of fine bottles. This workshop will take the time to introduce you to the magical transformation that turns still wine into a sparkling state. We will be able to better navigate through the bubbles of Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, and other crémants.
For the occasion, we will look at the different methods leading to the creation of bubbles, the various grape varieties and their organoleptic characteristics, and the terminology quantifying sugar (brut, sec, nature). A workshop that will dress carbon dioxide in its finest attire!
Price of the tasting workshop including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject matter during a half-hour of theory and then taste six dishes and six wines in pairings.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email is sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can better serve you. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, of varied styles depending on availability, accompanied by 6 food pairings.

- Validate with the CHECKOUT PLEASE button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, enter the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) in the DISCOUNT CODE field
- In the case of the four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
