As Madame Bollinger used to say, one drinks Champagne when one is sad, happy, with good company, or all alone... In November, we will therefore open a few bottles of the famous liquid to prepare for our holiday season!

This exceptional wine is a symbol of exuberance on every great table and across every border. Beyond the famous liquid, how can one truly appreciate this bourgeois nectar par excellence, how can one distinguish between all the Champagnes available, and above all, how can one consecrate the opening of a great bottle with the ultimate weapon: the saber?

A tasting that we will dress up with six bottles that will shatter the autumn gloom, one bubble at a time!

Price of the tasting workshop including wine, appetizers, and service: $134 + taxes.

This workshop is held at Cerise at 2:00 PM. The room layout is mixed, with both high and low tables. Please take note of this when booking.
