Chenin Blanc / Cherry Aperitif
Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – 6:00 p.m.
A versatile grape variety par excellence, Chenin can, depending on its mood, be fresh and fruity, round and mellow, or even sparkling and lively.
Known for its Loire roots, recognized for its age-worthy wines, and now sought after for its South African variations, we will explore three Chenin Blancs to better appreciate this chameleon-like, yet oh-so-vibrant grape.
Price of the workshop-aperitif including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes
Cerise’s Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment's bar and is intended to be a more casual experience with a sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to start the tasting at 6:00 p.m.
