Long misunderstood but always exploited, this excessively reliable and resilient Mediterranean grape variety can now lay claim to high honors and great winemaking.
A grape variety that is increasingly establishing itself among lovers of fresh and quaffable wines, Cinsault will be tasted without its usual partners (Carignan, Grenache, and Pinot Noir…). A most relevant appetizer for lovers of red wine pre-dinner drinks.
Price of the workshop-aperitif including three wines, appetizers, and service: $60 + taxes.
The Cerise 'Apéro Cépages' series is presented at the establishment's bar and is intended to be a more relaxed experience with a Sommelier at the counter who presents the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to start the tasting at 6:00 PM.
This proposal consists of a digital gift certificate exchangeable at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and the date, then add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP (CHECK PLEASE) button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE space
- In the case of the four-digit vouchers on white cardstock (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards are only usable in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
