In the Mouth; an introduction to tasting at Cerise

Since the world of wine has its own language, it is not always easy to talk about it with precision or to find the right words for sensations, aromas, and flavors.

After exploring the places and terroirs that make wine, we invite you to a final workshop on tasting and understanding the liquid. During this session, we will taste six wines while exploring the tasting concepts used in sommellerie.

Visual, olfactory, and gustatory aspects will be reviewed to help you get comfortable with the vocabulary that will allow you to articulate your preferences. 

This workshop is held at Cerise. The wines and pairings will be similar to the workshop held at Cavistes. The room layout is mixed, with both high and low tables. Please take note of this when booking.
