Uncorking Domaines François Lurton

On Thursday, October 8th, we will be pleased to host Mathieu Ichouza, the local representative for Domaines François Lurton, for a wine-filled evening that will take us on a journey from Chile to Spain.

In collaboration with the BMT agency, we will present five products from the Lurton family. Bordeaux-born, this house now works with vineyards in an innovative way across France, Argentina, Chile, and Spain. Nicknamed the 'terroir hunter,' François Lurton has managed to adapt to global viticulture without compromising his respect for places and traditions.

We will take the opportunity of these five wines to start a discussion on the global version of the vineyard and the particularities of vinifying across several appellations. Certain products will also be for sale that same evening.

In a casual setting at the counter and in the dining room, a guided tasting of 5 wines and 5 bites is offered at $69 per person, service and taxes extra.
