A historically fascinating region that has recently seen a wine-growing upheaval, the northern part of Spain will be the subject of this tasting. From Galicia to Navarre, passing through the Basque Country and Rioja, we will explore what gives this part of the Iberian Peninsula its unique characteristics.
Because this part of the country, which we will approach as a geographical whole, is above all bound by a rich, centuries-old winemaking tradition, though one that is far from homogeneous in its approach to styles.
Lovers of saline and crisp whites supported by rich and textured reds cannot miss this classic workshop!
Tasting workshop price including wine, appetizers, and service: $124 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject matter during half an hour of theory and then taste six dishes and six wines in pairing.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know about any allergies or alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can better serve you. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

- Enter your personal information
- On the right, enter the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) in the PROMO CODE space
- In the case of the four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
