Once unloved following the marketing genius of a certain Georges Duboeuf and his extraordinary bottles, the renaissance of Gamay is now well-known, and its wines are securing top spots on both festive and gourmet tables.
Whether through exploring the terroirs and crus of Beaujolais, or through a new vision of winemaking, the Gamays presented for this aperitif will strengthen your love for this grape variety!
Price of the aperitif workshop including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.
The Apéro Cépages series at Cerise is presented at the establishment's bar and is intended as a more relaxed experience with a Caviste at the counter who will present the subject for over an hour. We ask that you arrive on time to start the tasting at 6:00 PM.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be exchanged at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop category. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and the date, then add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardstock (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
