Gin
Saturday, April 11, 2026 - 2:00 PM
According to the great Winston Churchill: The gin and tonic has saved more English lives and minds than all the doctors in the Empire.
Although the Dutch were the ones who created this spirit, it later became anchored in British culture and spread to every corner of the globe thanks to a Royal Navy and sailors dedicated to the beverage!
This spirit, which was a medicinal product at its inception, has become the great staple of all major bars and the favorite for our aperitifs. We will take the time during a workshop to discover it from all its angles and its origins, which are now as local as they are European.
Price of the workshop-tasting including gin, appetizers, and service: $124 + taxes.
This workshop is held at Cerise at 2:00 PM. The room setup is mixed; consisting of both high and low tables. Please take note of this when booking.
