Few countries can boast of having (successfully) made wine for 4,000 years. From antiquity to independence, Greece has always been a major wine producer without, however, truly exporting or making its vineyards known.
It is therefore an initiatory quest that we will undertake to try to unravel these appellations, regions, and grape varieties that we are encountering more and more and which surprise us with their savor and freshness.
