Tricolor Grenache / Cherry Aperitif
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 – 6:00 PM
Grenache is a versatile chameleon.
When young, it produces wines focused on crisp fruit, while aged and blended, it becomes structured and powerful. As a white, it is round yet serious, while as a rosé, it is playful and indulgent. Dry, it forms the base of great wines; sweet or fortified, it produces immortal wines.
Join us at the Cerise counter for a tasting as accessible, alluring, and intense as the grape variety itself. From Priorat to Australia, by way of the Languedoc, we will explore every shade of this polychromatic Grenache!
Price for the aperitif workshop including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + tax.
The Cerise Apéro Cépages series is held at the establishment's bar and is intended as a more relaxed experience, with a sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to begin the tasting at 6:00 PM.
