An Austrian classic, Grüner Veltliner will reveal its secrets during this varietal happy hour. Fans of Sauvignon Blanc, Chasselas, and Riesling will enjoy getting to know the minerality and balanced freshness of GV!
From Austria to Hungary and through Australia, we will explore the favorite terroirs that give this great white its modern and balanced aromatic touch!
Price of the workshop-happy hour including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.
Cerise's Apéro Cépages series is hosted at the establishment's bar and is intended to be a more relaxed experience with a sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to start the tasting at 6:00 PM.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be exchanged at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receiving the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, enter the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- For four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
