Languedoc & Roussillon
Sunday, February 22, 2026 - 2:00 PM
With its 250,000 hectares of vines, it would be easy to associate Languedoc-Roussillon with mass-production winemaking. Although that may have been the case in the past, the region’s revival over the last thirty years is one of the greatest French wine success stories.
For the first time, we will explore the multitude of appellations, increasingly controlled, and the fascinating, diverse IGPs that allow for creativity and innovation among those in the industry. Even though red wine still dominates the appellation, we will not neglect the whites and may even dare to include a rosé, as Roussillon is now the largest rosé vineyard in France.
A workshop to prepare for your next Catalan getaway, but also to better understand the entire aromatic palette that the Mediterranean south has to offer in terms of wines.
Price of the tasting workshop including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.
This workshop is held at Cerise at 2:00 PM. The room layout is mixed, featuring both high and low tables. Please take note of this when booking.
