Pinot Noir / Cherry Aperitif

Colorless, yet never lacking brilliance and odorless, Pinot Noir is an exceedingly capricious grape variety that never tolerates mediocrity or negligence.

This first "Apéro Cépage" of the season will take you on a journey through the various terroirs and climates suitable for Pinot Noir. By the end of the journey, we will attempt to draw a guideline that will allow us to mentally classify this Burgundian wise man.

Price of the workshop-aperitif including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.

Cerise’s Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment’s bar (in high seating) and is intended to be a more casual experience with a sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to begin the tasting at 6:00 PM.
