A Loire classic, Sauvignon Blanc is now more often associated with the Southern Hemisphere (particularly New Zealand). Crisp, lively, fragrant, and sometimes citrusy,

From Bordeaux to California (where it is known as Fumé), from dry to sweet, and covering the "aromatic," we will attempt, over the course of three sessions, to better understand this grape variety that has already managed to knock Chardonnay off its throne!

Price of the workshop-aperitif including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.

Cerise’s Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment’s bar and is intended to be a more relaxed experience, with a sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to begin the tasting at 6:00 p.m.
