Mediterranean Spain is the Catalan vineyard and its spirit of independence meeting the timeless and royalist Jerez, not to mention lesser-known appellations like Valencia, Murcia, and Malaga. Andalusia will meet the Penedès as the Mediterranean loses its path at Gibraltar.
We promise an exploration that will traverse an effervescent, muscular, oxidized, white, and saline Spain, where red wine will be expressed through crisp Bobal or fleshy Grenache. An innovative way to prepare for a trip to the Costa Brava or to better understand how these vineyards, less renowned than those of the North, represent a highly pleasant palette of affordable wines.
Tasting workshop price including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject matter during half an hour of theory and then taste six dishes paired with six wines.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email is sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, in varied styles depending on availability, accompanied by 6 paired dishes.

- Choose your workshop and date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the THE BILL PLEASE button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE space
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
