Nebbiolo / Cherry Aperitif

When vinified in the right hands and grown under the right auspices, Nebbiolo is a grape variety capable of producing truly great wines. The resulting bottles are generally endowed with great brilliance, noble acidity, a floral tannic structure, savory red fruits, and forest floor aromas that set the stage for tertiary notes. This explains why, with age, they become textured, with surprising color and a memorable taste.
This aperitif will touch upon Piedmontese greatness by focusing on this grape of kings.
Price of the workshop-aperitif including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.
Cerise's Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment's bar and is intended to be a more relaxed experience with a Sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to begin the tasting at 6 p.m.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be redeemed at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code from your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE space
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
