Both Germanic, Latin, and resolutely Italian, the Piedmont region likes to boast of being the only Italian region without IGT. But behind this claim to classicism hides a true duality between continuity and qualitative innovation, all without ever offending the two monarchs that are Barolo and Barbaresco.
Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto, but also Grignolino, Freisa, and Arneis will make us reconsider the wine landscape of this region and allow us to explore a Piedmont that is quietly transforming toward a style with resolutely modern freshness.
Workshop-tasting price including wine, food pairings, and service: $134 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the subject matter during a half-hour of theory and then taste six dishes and six wines in pairing.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can better serve you. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, of varied styles depending on availability, accompanied by 6 matching dishes.

- Choose your workshop as well as the date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the L'ADDITION SVP button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE space
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
