Few grape varieties inspire as much passion, or even obsession, as Pinot Noir. It is an endless quest for the winemakers who try to tame it, and for the enthusiasts who chase that perfect bottle, the Holy Grail for the discerning drinker.
This varietal happy hour will take you on a journey through the different terroirs and climates where Pinot Noir thrives. At the end of the road, we will attempt to draw a common thread that will allow us to better understand this wise Burgundian.
Price of the workshop-happy hour including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.
Cerise’s Varietal Happy Hour series is held at the establishment's bar (high seating) and is intended to be a more casual experience with a sommelier at the counter presenting the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to begin the tasting at 6:00 PM.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be redeemed at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop category. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of the categories may vary over time.
At checkout:
- Choose your workshop and the date, then add it to your cart
- Validate with the button THE BILL PLEASE
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE space
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards are only usable in our restaurants' dining rooms and cannot be converted for web use.
