The days when "Portugal" only rhymed with Vinho Verde and Port are long gone. The 21st-century Portuguese revival now offers us new perspectives thanks to its varied terroirs and an abundance of indigenous grape varieties. This viticultural diversity is even more evident thanks to a new generation of winemakers giving a qualitative boost to the world's 11th largest producer.
Through a historical retrospective, we will analyze how the rapid evolution of several appellations makes Portugal one of the most exciting wine countries of the moment. A meeting featuring bubbles, whites, reds, and fortified wines that will make you want to put Portugal back on your festive tables.
Price of the workshop-tasting including wine, food pairings, and service: $114 + taxes.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary requirements in advance so that we can serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.
This option consists of a digital gift certificate exchangeable at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates represent both a monetary value and a workshop category. While the monetary value is fixed, the price of categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date, then add it to your cart
- Validate with the CHECKOUT PLEASE button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- For the four-digit vouchers on white cardstock (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
