Beyond the cicadas and the much-adored rosés, come and dive into the world of Provence. As the muse and creative cradle of author Peter Mayle, you will understand how, over a fine vintage from this region, he found the inspiration to depict this bucolic area in his novels.

We will attempt, in our own way, to make you dream by demystifying the great rosés of this region, but also by surprising you with superb gastronomic white wines and red wines with great aging potential. By the end of this workshop, the Clairette, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault grape varieties will hold no more secrets for you, and Bandol will become your new companion for your grand feasts.
