Rhône: The South

Everyone is familiar with the southern Rhône and its appellations. Unfortunately, this part of the French vineyard is often solely associated with its famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This workshop will therefore attempt to highlight the 15 other AOCs of the territory in order to better understand the Rhone variations. 

Whether it be Rasteau, Cairanne, Vacqueyras, or others, these wines, which are both serious and festive, will deserve our full attention for a workshop that will lead us to explore the immense palette of grape varieties found there.

An initiative that will make you see the Rhône like you’ve never drunk it before, and will persuade you to put Rhône wines on your tables more frequently.
