For us Montrealers, the first rosés are truly a harbinger of spring. Once the first bottles are opened, they rhyme with vacations, balconies, and evenings on terraces.

From a simple beverage a few years ago, rosé is now a serious category that definitely deserves a distinct workshop. Thus, we will use this tasting as a pretext to analyze the different types of rosés, the grape varieties suitable for this method, and finally, the preferred appellations for this wine.

A workshop that, we hope, will make you rethink your summer aperitif, but also the place of rosé on our tables on a year-round basis.
