Three for the price of one! Three exceptional grape varieties from the Northern Rhône that we will explore in comparison or as a complement, depending on the mood of the three companions. Marsanne, with its richness and texture, will chat for the duration of an aperitif with the fresh and elegant Roussanne, while the opulent Viognier will seduce you with its Oriental scents.
We would be truly crazy to pass up this excuse to drink great whites and to tame the diversity of the Rhône and its white offspring. Back by popular demand!
Price of the aperitif workshop including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.
Cerise's Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment's bar and is intended as a more casual experience with a sommelier at the counter who presents the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to start the tasting at 6:00 PM.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate exchangeable at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, it is possible that the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and the date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the THE BILL PLEASE button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
