Saint Joseph
Thursday, November 19, 2026 - 6:00 PM
Complementary to our regular workshops that provide an overview of a vineyard as a whole, our Connoisseur evenings focus on a single appellation to dissect its subtleties and go further.
For this tasting on Saint-Joseph, we will focus on this ribbon of granite hillsides stretching for nearly 60 kilometers along the Rhône, the longest and most heterogeneous of the Northern appellations. From one end to the other, the Syrah literally changes its profile: more austere and peppery in the north, fleshier and sunnier in the south. We will attempt to understand how this same granite, spread over so many kilometers and exposures, can produce wines that are so different from one winemaker to another.
Vinification, aging, exposure: nothing will be left out of this specialized blind tasting, designed for enthusiasts who want to take their quest for great wines and great evenings a step further.
Price of the tasting workshop including three wines, appetizers, and service: $134 + taxes.
