Independent Wine Merchants Fair 4th edition - Spring 2023

We are pleased to invite you to our fourth Cavistes wine fair!

We are happy to invite you to an exclusive preview of our now bi-annual tasting event / Cavistes wine fair, just in time for the beautiful season!

For the occasion, we will present a selection of varied imports suitable for both the summer season and great evenings with friends. Wines from all horizons highlighting the freshness and sapidity we love to share with you. Once again, you will be able to purchase these products by the bottle or in a mixed case.

To keep you sustained, a small individual tasting platter will also be offered.

The format will be conducive to tasting and discussion, with 4 tables spread throughout the restaurant space. Each table will have its own Caviste who will present wines for you to discover. We are planning arrivals in waves of 25 people every 30 minutes, which will allow us to serve you better. When booking, please choose and respect your desired time slot.

Naturally, any purchase of wine must be accompanied by a dish prepared on-site, which we will make available for takeout. You will certainly find something for your pantry, as prescribed by Section 27 of the Liquor Permits Act.

The available time slots will be as follows:

12:30 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. / 2:30 p.m.
