Sangiovese / Cherry Aperitif

Often synonymous with Tuscany, Sangiovese is one of the red grape varieties that has been most glamorized in recent years.

While we will also explore its secret life outside the peninsula, through three wines, we will try to better understand how it can go from an exuberant Brunello to a simple IGT from the South and still continue to delight us.

Cerise’s Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment’s bar (high seating) and is intended to be a more relaxed experience with a wine merchant at the counter who presents the subject for over an hour. We ask that you arrive on time to begin the tasting at 6 p.m.
