One of the least-known vineyards, yet one of the most important in terms of production, the Southwest of France is in the spotlight for the first iteration on this theme in 14 years...

From the Garonne to the gates of Toulouse, passing through the Massif Central and the Pyrenees, the diversity of its terroir is matched only by the range of its grape varieties. We will therefore cover these original and diverse Cot, Duras, Tannat, and Negrette, without neglecting the Mauzac, Loin de l'Oeil, and Fer Servadou.

A workshop that will certainly take you on a journey, but will also position you as a fan of the great deals and wine surprises that the region still offers on the monopoly shelves.

Price of the tasting workshop including wine, appetizers, and service: $114 + taxes.

This workshop is held at Cerise at 2:00 PM. The room layout is mixed, with both high and low tables. Please note this when booking.
