Syrah, that vigorous, resilient, and pleasant-to-work-with grande dame, is capable of great things and great wines. Since we often tend to ostracize it when it comes time to drink red, we are pleased to devote at least an hour of happiness to it.
Moving from the Rhône with its great variations to voluptuous Australian Shirazes, and passing through blends of pure finesse, we will explore this grape variety that is eminently well-suited to our Nordic tables.
Price of the workshop-aperitif including three wines, appetizers, and service: $69 + taxes.
Cerise's Apéro Cépages series is presented at the establishment's bar and is intended as a more relaxed experience with a Caviste at the counter who presents the subject for an hour or more. We ask that you arrive on time to start the tasting at 6:00 PM.
This offer consists of a digital gift certificate that can be redeemed at any time for our tasting workshops.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you will notice that you can print or save a gift certificate version of your purchase.
The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop class. While the monetary value is fixed, it is possible that the price of the categories may vary over time.
When checking out:
- Choose your workshop and date, and add it to your cart
- Validate with the THE BILL PLEASE button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, copy the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) into the DISCOUNT CODE field
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
Please note that 'Groupe Cavistes' plastic cards can only be used in the dining rooms of our restaurants and cannot be converted for web use.
