A key member of the divine Italian wine trinity, Tuscany is behind the economic and viticultural rebirth of Italy. Along with Piedmont and Veneto, it is one of Italy's must-see regions that every true drinker keeps in their cellar.
Through its history rich in culture, conflict, and ultimately viticulture, Tuscany has successfully positioned wine styles and appellations that now represent the quintessence of Italian good taste and fine drinking. We will therefore have fun deconstructing and tasting these great labels that are representative of the complexity and reputation of Tuscany.
Price of the workshop-tasting including wine, food pairings, and service: $124 + taxes.
Weekend tasting workshops generally last between two and a half and three hours. We present the topic for half an hour of theory and then taste six dishes and six paired wines.
A few days before the workshop, a reminder email will be sent to you, and we ask that you let us know your allergies and alternative dietary needs in advance so that we can serve you better. It is important to communicate this information to us before the day of the workshop.

The tasting includes 6 wines, in varied styles depending on availability, accompanied by 6 food pairings.

The classifications we use for gift certificates are as follows and represent both a monetary value and a workshop category. While the monetary value is fixed, it is possible that the price of the categories may vary over time.

- Choose your workshop and the date and add it to your cart
- Validate with the CHECK PLEASE button
- Enter your personal information
- On the right, enter the alphanumeric code of your gift certificate (received by email) in the DISCOUNT CODE field
- In the case of four-digit vouchers on white cardboard (old gift certificates), please repeat the process for each gift certificate and registration, as the system unfortunately only accepts one registration per certificate.
