When he took over these 2 hectares in the Rasteau AOC in 2009, Mickael Boutin decided to produce a single cuvée and farm his vines organically (certified since 2011). Today, this “philosopher artisan,” committed to nature, the terroir, and his family roots, puts his all into crafting rather powerful wines that combine intense ripeness with aromatic finesse.
