Known for its whites but recognized for its head-turning reds, this workshop will focus exclusively on the generous Veneto region.

From Prosecco to Amarone, including Soave and Recioto, we will attempt to shed light on a region that, despite producing 100 million cases annually, is now on a qualitative trajectory that cannot be ignored. By exploring its 52 controlled appellations, we will try to understand how it has managed, in just a few years, to become one of the spearheads of the Italian revival.
